Ed Pasternak
Mechanical Engineer by day and Real Estate Investor by night, Ed Pasternak began studying the Lancaster, PA Real Estate market in October 2022 with the goal of owning his first investment property. After almost of year of analyzing deals and submitting offers, he found the deal he was looking for at the Lancaster County Sheriff sale in September 2023. Shortly afterwards, he formed Cronus Real Estate LLC.
