About Me

Ed Pasternak

Mechanical Engineer turned Real Estate Investor, Ed Pasternak began studying the Lancaster, PA Real Estate market in October 2022 with the goal of owning his first investment property. After nearly a year of analyzing deals and submitting offers, he acquired his first investment property at the Lancaster County Sheriff sale in September 2023. Shortly afterwards, he formed Cronus Real Estate LLC. 


Ed is very active in the Lancaster, PA market where his primary business is residential house flipping. He also owns rental property in Lancaster.
